Membership of CBCA WA Branch is open to individuals and organisations interested in promoting children's literature, encouraging children's reading through a variety of community activities, and supporting Western Australia authors, illustrators and publishers and those who provide children's literature services in schools and the community.
This includes educators, schools, library staff and their organisations, authors, illustrators, publishers, retailers and other corporations, parents, grandparents and community members.

The Children’s Book Council of Australia has a privacy policy that endorses the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. A copy of the privacy policy can be found on our web site wa.cbca.org.au. The Children’s Book Council of Australia Awards Foundation is a tax-deductible fund listed on the Register of Cultural Organisations under subdivision 30-B of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.
